Our unique experience with children’s hospitals and our
agreement with the Child Health Corporation of America (CHCA) is
a natural extension of our capabilities to provide high quality
pediatric nurses to CHCA owner hospitals.
Agreement Overview
After extensive research involving member chief nursing
officers and human resources executives, CHCA signed a national
purchasing agreement with Cross Country Staffing. CHCA Owner
Hospitals can now access volume discounts, better manage
staffing vacancies and solve shortages of experienced nursing,
therapy and advance practice staff.

CHCA Owner Hospitals can access a suite of services designed to
help children’s hospitals better manage their supplemental
staffing challenges. Providing pediatric professionals - including
registered nurses, allied health professionals, nurse practitioners
and physician assistants - Cross Country Staffing develops tailored
