First NAHCR Member Completes Certification Exam
NAHCR would like to congratulate Elena Donaldson,
nurse recruiter, Mission St. Joseph's Health System in Asheville,
N.C. Elena is the very first NAHCR member to take the NAHCR Credentialing
Exam. We are pleased to announce that she successfully completed
the exam and now can add CHCR (Certified Health Care Recruiter)
to her credentials. Congratulations Elena! We are all very proud
of you!
If you're interested in becoming a CHCR, you can. You must meet
the following criteria to take the exam:
- Candidates must be current active members of the National
Association for Health Care Recruitment in good standing currently
and for
the last two years. This means that annual dues must have been
paid on time.
- Candidates must be currently working as a health
care recruiter, HR generalist, or within a job title that includes
responsibilities
for recruitment. They must have been working in this capacity
for at least the past two years.
- Candidates must have at least two years of experience in health
care recruiting.
The exam is given online through Cross Country University. To
