Since 1975, Cross Country Staffing has been a leading provider of registered nurses to more than 2,500 healthcare facilities across the U.S. and the Caribbean. We develop tailored staffing programs that focus on our client facilities’ planned and unplanned vacancies. To accommodate a wide-range of staffing needs, we offer eight, thirteen and twenty - six week contracts, as well as flexible and permanent placement of registered nurses in every specialty area.

When it comes to providing quality care, we know that experience makes a difference. That’s why our nurses are among the best educated and most qualified in the nation.

  • Cross Country Staffing’s pool of nurses is composed predominately of BSN educated RNs.
  • Our nurses, across the realm of services offered, have more than an average of 8.5 years of experience.
  • Many of our nurses go on to pursue specialty and Master’s training while they are a part of the Cross Country Staffing family.

To ensure that our clients never have to sacrifice quality to obtain cost - effective staffing solutions here are just some of our requirements:

  • Complete employment screen and reference check on every candidate upon a client’s request.
  • Nurses who are Joint Commission compliant.
  • Exclusive specialty specific Skills Checklist assessment for every candidate.
  • Performance evaluations at the end of the assignment to maintain a highly qualified workforce.

In addition to our thorough credentialing process we also offer our clients a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you’re not satisfied with a Cross Country Staffing registered nurse during the first week of the placement, we’ll credit you for the total Cross Country Staffing billing related to that individual.

RN EDUCATION
