The team that Cross Country Staffing (CCS) has assembled to provide Interview Services (IVS) is uniquely qualified to meet our clients' workforce staffing needs. Comprised entirely of tenured registered nurses, our Interview Services Management Team is credentialed in behavioral interviewing and dedicated to researching, screening and interviewing candidates of the highest quality.
Team members serve as Clinical Liaisons and IVS Managers. These professionals offer our clients a hands-on knowledge base for their clinical onboarding needs.
A dedicated IVS Manager will visit your facility and meet with your nurse managers to understand the characteristics of the department and facility, and your requirements for interviewing. That IVS Manager will then become the point of contact for all submitted candidates.
